Local Blogger aka Kevin Wardrop slandering Matt Waterman

I have just come across Local Blogger aka Kevin Wardrop blog post BAD mouthing me, not sure what his problem is he even has a digg at my photo and says it’s a wedding photo on the front page of my site,
Kevin your slagging me off least I don’t look like this – see pic of Kevin, no wonder you’re a angry fka with too much time on your hands to write sh$t about people you don’t even know, well Kevin if your reading this some people dress well in the world of business and saying I’m no good at SEO as my website mattseo.com does not appear when you type in Matt Waterman. (Fixed Now does come up)
Why would I want my site to come up when searching for Matt Waterman, I’m sure people would type in SEO konsulent eller google SEO konsulent as this is my profession. It would be so easy to get my name on the front page of Google, so to keep the Local Blogger Kevin Wardop happy I’m open to this easy challenge.
Ohh by the way if you type in Google Kevin Wardrop or your business name Kevin Wardrop photography my site comes up

I love his Google experiment on “Snakes on a Plane Drinking Game” – thats totally made my day.
My cynical side would probably say, someone can’t be that stupid unless they are trying to build up some traffic, which is why not putting a link back to his blog post is genius.

Never mind the haters Matt, I know that I’m not someone who claims to be an SEO expert. Yet there you go, right there on page one of the search results for Kevin Wardrop, shit it’s ALL ME. I don’t see your bullshit “I’m an SEO expert” page anywhere on the first four pages for “Matt Waterman”. I guess that guy from Naked News is better than you at being an SEO expert then? If you try a little harder to get your page to Google Rank 1, you’ll be there huh?
I get my site to Google result page one with ZERO effort. I don’t care if anything I put up there ends up as page 1 or page 100, that’s not what I put it up there for. That’s not my “business” that’s yours Matt. How about this, you stop scatter-shot following people on Twitter and so on and start putting up some content that people want to see and find organically without searching for “matt waterman seo” (Number 1, good one).
Remember, I’m just a Meatloaf looking dude who is married to an imaginary Princess; I’m not trying to a earn quid out of being here. That’s all you buddy.

Google “snakes on a plane drinking game” in the damn quotes jackass.
The whole Yahoo point was something that referenced the actual claim you made to have been into SEO since 1994, Vel, I won’t repeat it here; but Google wasn’t around then and Alta Vista wasn’t ready for use.

Rather than posting or logging in as admin on your blog there, you should add a new account named (I dunno) MattW or Matthew or something, give it the correct rights and then when you respond here you will have your name rather than “Admin”. leaving the admin account in place is kind of a security risk on any wordpress blog, especially in light of the recent vulnerabilities that were fixed in the last few builds. I see you’re up to date there but if you need any advice on how to fix your Tag Cloud there or anything, you call up your Meatloaf-looking buddy, alright?

Well I started seo with in 1994 first for, Lycos and Yahoo, then in 1995 AltaVista, Excite and so on .. Ohh and Google in 1998 so I focussed on the new major player…

Well if you dont think I’m a seo expert so be it, funny how I get paid thousands each week for getting search terms with over 5 million results on the front page of google and I never have to seach for new business..
Can’t understand why you hate me as we never met, guess we should have a drink when I fly over to Canada in Febuary 2010 can have a chat about this..

Look, Kevin I don’t know you and so I’m not going to disrespect you by making a cheap jibe against your character – like you did against Matt.
But I DO know Matt – in fact have done since 1997 – a long time – and I can tell you this, he is not only the very best SEO guy I have come across (in Marketing I meet them daily), but he is also a truly decent guy.
He works incredibly hard for: 1. his clients 2. his family 3. anyone who asks for his professional advice
And on a persoanl note, I am proud to call him my great friend.

As from my knowledge, Matt is the Best in SEO. I have also worked with him and I know he is very friendly and co-operative. I have gained a lot from him regarding SEO and search engines. So I am always grateful to him
And regarding that fellow, I just say, he is feeling jealousy in others rocking. So Matt, think you are the Rocking Guy in SEO and Keep on your good Profession.
Really I like to Matt Waterman and respect his SEO knowledge.
