This is a systemic issue with all YouTube view counts.
All videos are affected, though having a substantial base of users mitigates the effects for the more heavyweight of users.
It is disengenuous to suggest you have a “fix”.

Like most people, I was skeptical about a service promising to unfreeze my views. View count on YouTube is very important to me. I work long and hard on my videos. Without the correct view count, it is impossible for me to keep track of what is popular and where I should concentrate my efforts.

Okay people, this is REAL! I launched my video yesterday and nearly ALL DAY it was stuck on 379. I knew I had way more views than that based on several factors.
